Eight young musicians playing classic soul tracks to keep you dancing all night long. Classic Soul Dogs is an big 8-piece band with male and female vocals, guitar, keyboard, drums, bass, tenor/alto sax and trumpet.
We tailor our performance to suit your exact requirements. ANY type of event catered for - corporate, weddings, parties, festivals, clubs and pubs.

CLASSIC SOUL DOGS, LOOKING BACK TO
PARTY IN THE (CAR) PARK - AUGUST 2003
First was "Party In The Park" in London and Swansea.
Then there was "Party In The (car) Park" in Downlands Way, St
Mellons, Cardiff.
Classic Soul Dogs, playing all night, set the stage alight at Cardiff Bank Holiday street party. The band's first outing in the new 8-piece line up was so hot that the tarmac was lifting in front of the stage.
Playing all night, a small but appreciative audience kept the band on stage for several extra numbers. Party-goer, Sue, joined the band onstage for a rendition of Mustang Sally. Sue, be careful - we have the tapes.

Classic Soul Dogs would like to send a huge thank you to Steve and Cindy
for putting the whole thing together and for a continuous supply of food
and drink, to Alan at Stage Lighting Services for lights and staging and
to Phil at Stage Sound Services for a stunning D&B PA system.
Thank you all so much for a wonderful evening’s
entertainment, everyone enjoyed themselves enormously and the praise
received makes me think, maybe I will organize another bbq next year,
most of which is due to you all, the only problem is I’ve made
a rod for my own back as the most asked question seems to be ‘how
are you going to top that next year?’
I hope that Sue's voice has recovered; she had to
be in work again at 5.00am after the party.
